WATCH: Biden outlines plan to vaccinate all American adults in first national address

President Biden spoke from the White House hours after signing the $1.9 trillion coronavirus relief bill, laying out his administration’s plan to open vaccinations for all adults by May 1. Biden urged all Americans to get vaccinated and suggested that if the nation stays vigilant, there could be an opportunity to return to some level of normal by July 4 of this year.
