The U.S. Air Force to upgrade its land-attack cruise missiIes

The U.S. Air Force (USAF) has awarded the multi-million dollar contract to upgrade its long-range bomb

Pentagon’s No.1 weapons supplier Lockheed Martin Corp was awarded a $42,1 million contract modification for the upgrade and test of the JASSM.

The deal, which was a modification to a previous contract, supports the Global Positioning System (GPS) receiver development and the development of the bomb control unit gigabit cables of the JASSM.
