SEC Chair To Testify On Gamestop Stock Rally | NBC News NOW

The chair of the nation’s top market watchdog is set to appear in front of Congress to testify on the transparency around short selling, a tactic used by big investors to bet that a stock’s price will fall. NBC News’ Ben Popken explains how short selling GameStop shares backfired and how legislation could protect small investors.
