Raskin rebuts key Trump argument with simple analogy

Lead House impeachment manager Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD) used the words of former President Donald Trump to make the case that Trump broke the duty of his office. Raskin went on to argue why Trump’s words and actions leading up to the January 6 insurrection on the US capitol did not enjoy 1st amendment protections.
