Miracle Makeover: Front-line worker surprised with a $25,000 kitchen renovation

In this year-end special edition of Miracle Makeover an Ontario millwork company wanted to help during the COVID-19 Pandemic by giving away a dream kitchen worth $25,000 to a frontline worker.

There were hundreds of nominations, but LEV 2 Millwork selected long-term care worker Frances Percy-Campbell.

Frances was working at a long-term care home when the pandemic hit. Even though she was nearing retirement, she decided to stay on the job and dedicate herself to those who needed her the most. Putting others before herself is something Frances has been doing her whole life.

Watch the full story with Susan Hay as she introduces us to Frances and tells this remarkable story about self-sacrifice and community spirit.
