House prices soaring in Vancouver and Toronto

There has been a lot of economic pain during this pandemic, but house prices in some of Canada’s biggest cities have continued to grow.

In Toronto, the average home price surpassed $1 million for the first time in February, according to the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board. And Vancouver is also a seller’s market.

Robin Gill looks at what is fueling Canada’s two hottest real estate markets.
