Fort Hood Report Finds ‘Permissive Environment For Sexual Assault’ | NBC News NOW

In the way of an independent review, 14 senior army officers at Fort Hood have been suspended or relieved from their positions. The review said the command climate there created a “permissive environment for sexual assault and sexual harassment.” The report comes after Army Spc. Vanessa Guillén disappeared and was killed earlier this year. NBC News’ Courtney Kube reports.
