Family Of Andrew Brown Jr. Shown 20 Seconds Of Body Cam Video From Shooting | NBC Nightly News

The family of Andrew Brown Jr. says police body camera video shows he was "executed" by officers while "trying to save his own life." The family says they were shown just 20 seconds of footage. In a statement, the county says that the law allows them "to blur some faces on the video and that process takes time." The video has not been made public.
