Montreal Mayor Valérie Plante is expected to deliver an update on the city’s COVID-19 situation, as the province of Quebec remains under curfew from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m.
As of Jan. 12 at 7:38 p.m. ET, Quebec had a total of 232,624 reported COVID-19 cases and 8,782 total deaths due to the virus. The province reports 199,920 people have recovered.
